Brain Breaks & Music

My Brain Breaks program brings together movement, music, mindfulness and practical activities to support focus, coordination, learning, emotional regulation and readiness to learn.

My original songs and simple movement activities are designed to be enjoyable and accessible, providing practical tools that can be incorporated into everyday life at home, school or work.

Kinesiology Balances

Through individual Kinesiology Balances, I provide a nurturing and personalised approach that considers the individual as a whole.

Sessions may incorporate a range of Kinesiology techniques to support self-awareness, emotional balance, grounding, relaxation and connection.

My Integrated Approach

My work brings together my experience in education, Kinesiology, wellbeing, movement and music.

I believe that learning and wellbeing are interconnected. Sometimes we need practical strategies to help us move, focus and engage; at other times, we may benefit from individual support to explore the emotional and mental experiences that can affect how we feel and function.

Brain Breaks & Music and Kinesiology Balances can work beautifully together — providing both practical everyday tools and personalised support.

My passion is to help children, young people, adults and families discover strategies that work for them and to develop greater self-awareness, confidence, calm, connection and wellbeing.

My own wellbeing journey has also strengthened my empathy, resilience and understanding of the importance of finding the right support at the right time.

I believe that with understanding, practical strategies and appropriate support, people can develop greater awareness of their strengths and discover positive pathways forward.
